By accessing or using the Veltrix AI Solutions platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Master Subscription Agreement governs your use of our geogrid rank tracking, GBP automation, and local SEO reporting tools. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the services immediately.
Service Description

Veltrix provides enterprise-grade local SEO tools, including real-time rank tracking, automated listing management, and AI-driven audit generation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time to improve platform performance and data accuracy.
Subscription & Billing

"Subscriptions are monthly or yearly. They renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime. Credits reset every month."
Access to Veltrix is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). • Payments: All fees are charged in advance via our secure payment partners (Razorpay). • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle. • Credits: Scan credits are allocated based on your plan tier and reset at the beginning of each billing period.
90-Day Accuracy Guarantee

"We're confident in our data. If it's not accurate in your first 90 days, we'll fix it or give you credits back."
We stand by the precision of our geogrid technology. If our platform fails to deliver accurate data as per our service level agreement within the first 90 days of your subscription, our team will work with you to rectify the issue or provide appropriate credit adjustments.
User Obligations

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful or deceptive local SEO practices. • Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary heatmap algorithms. • Exceed the API rate limits predefined in your subscription plan.
Intellectual Property

"The tech belongs to us, but the reports you generate for your clients are yours to use as long as your subscription is active."
The Veltrix AI name, logos, technology, and branding are the exclusive property of Veltrix AI Solutions. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for their business or client management purposes. White-label reports remain the property of the agency user, subject to active subscription status.
Limitation of Liability

"We provide the best tools possible, but we don't control Google. We can't guarantee specific rank changes since algorithms change."
Veltrix AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific ranking increases on Google Maps, as local algorithms are subject to third-party changes.
Termination

"We can close accounts that break the rules. You can also leave anytime by cancelling through your dashboard."
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activity that threatens the platform's stability. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.
Governing Law

"We follow Indian law. Any major legal disagreements will be handled through arbitration in New Delhi."
These terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India, and the federal laws of India applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India.
